  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

  I contacted the host provider and there are no issues from that side. Is there really no tech support for WordPress? I cannot find a way to make this program work on all platforms. It works on my cell phone, but no longer works on the computer, and it is difficult to communicate with clients and students if they cannot see the website in its entirety.

  Wow. I cannot figure out how to even post a question. Is there no one at WordPress that can look at my site to tell me if I have even done something incorrectly? I admit I am a luddite, but I do not even know how to start? I believe I have a plugin issue, but I am running into problems even logging on to WordPress.org. I put my username and password in, answer the math question correctly, and am still not allowed on it. Can anyone help me at WordPress?

  that there is a big difference between sites hosted here at WordPress.com and sites hosted some other place (such as yours) that are using the (different to WordPress.com) wordpress software. This forum assists with sites found on WordPress.com servers. Your site isn’t here. To post a question at the .org forum requires you to create a new account there as it has no connection with this forum you’re posting into now.
