  My live website looks nothing like it did when I set it up. It is missing pictures and ALL the social links. None of my contact information is on there. I spent a day trying to fix it. There is no easy way to contact WP to address this.

  Are you speaking of thecihe.org?

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Thanks for clarifying. amiraclemens.com is hosted with Bluehost so, again, it’s not something we can help with.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
