  I’ve lost my password, but the e-mail account it was connected to is dead. I hadn’t changed my email to the new one on time. I also didn’t set up my mobile number unfortunately. Anyone know any alternatives to recover it?

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  If the site is hosted on WordPress.com, and you no longer have access to the email address on file for the account, the only other way to regain access is via our account recovery process:

  Hello!

  It’s mariennefelisilda.wordpress.com. I’ve tried all the different processes, but unfortunately, the e-mail associated to it is dead and I have no other way of proof of ownership. Not sure what to do?

  If you don’t have access to the email address any more, and cannot provide any of the other forms of verification we require, then we won’t be able to give you access to the site.
