  Hello, I work for a non-profit organization that rehouses homeless people. Due to the nature of our non-profit work, we have a lot of volunteers and board members come and go over short periods of time. Recently we have discovered that one of our older, unused sites currently does not have anyone who is still affiliated with our organization associated with it. This is something that we would like to fix either by being given full access to the site, or by even just having that site removed.

  The URL is: https://hopevillagelascruces.wordpress.com/

  We have another primary site powered by wordpress, but the one in the link above is entirely unused by our agency and nobody here even has access to it.

  Is there any way to tell which email address originally created the site? As I said, this was likely an older board member or volunteer that has long since departed our agency. If we can figure out what email address the page is associated with it should be fairly easy for us to get in contact with the individual and resolve this on our end.

  I can’t specially, but it does appear to be an email address that belonged to the organization, not an individual.

  I have tried to go through the Account Recovery options a few times now, but I can not stress enough that we currently have virtually no information regarding this site other than the fact that years ago it was used to occasionally update the public regarding one of our programs. Is there any way that I could have someone email me directly so that I can have a bit more of a fluid dialogue? This is something that our agency would like to have sorted out very soon.
