Website access

I really need to speak to someone on the team. I can’t access my website.

Hi there – is the website you are referring to theurbanschoolpsychologist.com?
It looks like as of yesterday the domain (registered with GoDaddy) was pointing to MediaTemple’s servers: https://securitytrails.com/domain/theurbanschoolpsychologist.com/history/ns
However, today, the public info on the domain shows that it is now pointing back to GoDaddy’s servers: http://whois.domaintools.com/theurbanschoolpsychologist.com
We recommend checking on the status of your domain as a next step.

Is it a way that I can connect that domain back to my WordPress account to get it up and running again? I mistakenly disconnected it.

Your site wasn’t hosted with us, it looks like it may have originally been hosted with MediaTemple as mentioned above.
You can reach their support at https://mediatemple.net/support

My site was built and maintained through WordPress. I’m not sure if I’m getting the verbiage wrong but I know for sure it was through WP. I had it connected to Media Temple for my email.

Your site was using the self-hosted version of WordPress from https://wordpress.org/ we know that for sure, and as far as we can tell it was hosted on MediaTemple.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
You’ll need to get in touch with the hosting provider about this, and it looks like it was MediaTemple, or possibly GoDaddy.
