  The site you are having this issue with, carmichaelstorage.com, is not actually hosted here with us at WordPress.com. Instead, this site is a self-hosted WordPress site. This is different than WordPress.com. WordPress.com is a managed host for WordPress sites. We do not have access to your site since you are not hosting this site here with us at WordPress.com. We can only offer support for sites hosted here with us at WordPress.com.

  However, if you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan! We have information about all that it offers here:
