  I switched my first domain to a new domain name, and I would like to switch back. They are both .wordpress.com. How can I do this?

  Did you discard the first site address when you made the change? If so, you may not be able to reuse the original one. Or, did you set up a new blog with a different name? In that case you need to export content, and import it to the other site as instructed at the end of the page linked above.
