Hi, i have 2 questions : the first is why the website address is not the same as the name on the website? do i need to purchase that as well the website name thespiritualgoldmine.com?
Second question is i need to change the name of the server, and i cannot find the options. I received instructions which mention a path i cannot seem to find. Please help me i am completely lost. : ( -

If you want this thespiritualgoldmine.com as your domain, yes you will need to purchase it.The WordPress.com Name Servers can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/
Please note, updating nameservers would mean you have a site that is on a paid plan here on WordPress.com and you have a domain somewhere else( e.g GoDaddy, Hostinger, NameCheap, Bluehost, etc ) that you are mapping to point to the site on WordPres.com.
Once you provide the URL of the Site in question, we will then be able to pint you in the right direction to get up and running :-)

i am under a huge panic because it looks like your colleague did not retrieve the correct domain a month ago and i paid for him to retrieve it. : (
Can you please let me know why the wrong website is showing under my blog name? if needed i can send a screenshot.
Once this is confirmed i will need to change the server name to O2switch and for this i have different processes to apply everytime i ask for insistence. I am close to a burn out when i ask for help and receive a different response; for the wrong website; i am begging for your help to clarify it all. . )thank you for your patience.

Hi I am still waiting for a response, i asked to retrieve my domain the-spiritual-golmine.com and it looks like your colleague made me pay and retrieved the wrong domain. Can you please let me know how i can retrieve the domain the-spiritual-golmine.com as i need to transfer it asap to O2switch? Thank you for your kind help.

According to our records you did initiate the transfer the domain the-spiritual-goldmine.com away from WordPress.com and to another company instead. I can confirm that transfer is complete, and you can see here the domain uses O2switch name servers now: https://gwhois.org/the-spiritual-goldmine.com+dns
Also if I visit the-spiritual-goldmine.com I now see an O2switch hosted web page.
