I have a WordPress.com domain mapping subscription for my website. I wish to make ammendments to the web page but have been going in circles trying to work out how I can do this please help. When I log into my wordpress account it says I have no sites attached. Please help

It looks you are logged in to the wrong account. What is the URL of your site running on the wordpress.com platform?

Hi there, in your other thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/website-admin-7/ you mentioned you received an email notice about a subscription renewal.
Please completely log out of this account you are using to post here to our community forums, and then log back in using the email address that the notice was sent to. If you don’t remember the password, you can reset your password on the log in page or send yourself a one-time log in from there.
Let us know how that goes.

When I try to log in using my email address the subscription notice arrived in, it refuses to let me log in with that email address, only asking I use my username instead. Hence I go around in circles.

Hello again, did you try the one-time log in link using the email the notification was sent to? That will send you a link by email so you can log in to your other account.
If that doesn’t work, please use the account recovery form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ and enter the email address of that account and the transaction information on that form (not here in the community forums, which are public).

Sometimes our system requires you to confirm the username as well as the email during login as an additional security step. It sounds like that’s what is happening here.
If you don’t remember the username associated with that email address, please complete the account recovery form that @justjennifer linked to above – we cannot tell you the username in this case.
