  I had my website designed by designcrowd.com and I have hired a local marketing agency to promote my business and upgrade my website. When I login my side menu has no page tab to edit pages. The only thing I can do is create posts which is not ideal when I want to edit the entire website. Is there any way I can gain full admin acces? Did they not give me admin access? Or am I missing something any and all help is greatly appreciated,

  It looks like your user role on the website is only a Contributor, which only allows you to create (but not publish) new posts and nothing else.

  If you need a higher level of access, you’ll need to contact designcrowd to have them change your site access as this is not something we can do for you.
