Website Admin not working

  My website had been hacked back in December — it has since been cleaned and I have a firewall installed, but I cannot access the wp-admin part of my website to make any edits via wordpress. I get this message every time:

  Forbidden
  You don’t have permission to access this resource.

  Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  What can be done to rectify this?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostMonster.
