Website admin not working

  I need to make changes on the website but I am unable to edit anything. I can see online other users and encountering similar issues.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi @playtherapybase, could you confirm which site you’re struggling to access? The one you listed here seems alright, so if you’re having trouble with that one can you send more context?

  Let us know what browser you’re using and any errors you’re getting. We’ll go from there.

  Hello

  This is all I am getting. If I click on pages it takes me to the site, and the edit button is there but when I click it nothing happens.

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. But what I can tell you, is what you’re seeing is tied to the theme of the site, and I’d recommend installing a new theme and re-installing WordPress.

  To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

  Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

  You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
