Website already mapped

Hello. Currently I have a domain (aieseccv.org) and I am trying to update through it cpanel and to design and build the website. The problem is that this website is already link to another account ( I don’t know what account is). I am from an organization and the people that were working on the website are not working with us anymore. It is possible to eliminate that connection and give me the permission? If you need any proof please tell me and I’ll contact the server to provide the right information! Thank you!

That domain is registered with us. You can see the current owner’s contact details in the public Whois data for that domain:

If you want to own that domain you will need to contact the current owner directly. Then they must contact us and ask that we transfer the domain to you.
We cannot transfer a domain owned by another account to someone else under any circumstances without the owner’s permission. Domains are considered property, and to transfer a domain without the owner’s permission would be theft.
