Website and admin inaccessible after upgrading to latest wordpress version

    I finally managed to back up my site (way way way too complicated. WordPress is meant to be for dummies) and upgrade wordpress.

    1 minute later down goes the site, admin pages and all. I really don’t know why I bothered to pay any head to your constant wittering on ablut upgrading to the latest version.
    Please help me reinstate my site ASAP.

    Since we do not update versions here on WordPressdotcom, it sounds like you need to be posting over in the support forums for standalone WP https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that page.
