Website and admin not working correctly after plugin update

I had another person maintaining the site: https://cffcerie.com/ , I received a message that they broke the site. it looks like a styling got messed up. however when i attempt to go to the wp-login.php and login in, it does not take me anywhere to edit the site. I can access the cpanel through Bluehost, but not sure what exactly it is that I need to fix. any ideas/tips?
