Website and domain lost?

Dear WordPress
I have owned and paid for my site since 2010 and last renewed in March 2024 for which you sent me my receipt. My site appears to have disappeared though and the domain is now showing as registered to someone else through Wild West Domains with an update of 9 April 2024 – can you fix this please?
I can see from the dashboard that there has been an email from ICANN to an old email address which I have just updated, but it says it can take five days to take effect

As an update, ICANN already says it has updated my email address, yet it is still showing as an old address on the WordPress registration. I have requested it be updated again for both my domains registered through wordpress. I no longer have access to the original email address as it was retired by the provider.
There was also a button on the wordpress dashboard noting that there were issues with the site and I needed to resend an ICANN email, though when I pushed the button to do this it said it could not be resent.

It looks like your domain is currently verified and is loading the WordPress.com site on my end. If you still don’t see your site, could you try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps?
