    Hello the last time i paid for my site was in September of 16. I looks like its no longer active. whats needed to get my site back to up and running?

    Hi there,

    Your domain, yolgbtraps.com, was last renewed in September 2015. That domain expired on 13 October 2016 and has since been removed from our system. That domain is now in redemption with our registrar.

    I should still be able to get the domain back for you at this point, but once a domain enters redemption our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore it. I’ll need you to agree to this fee before I can start the recovery process.

    I’ve refunded the mapping upgrade you bought on the 9th, as that doesn’t do anything unless you have the actual domain.
