    Hello, I am a complete novice when it comes to website development. I was looking at a company called hostinger.com but wanted to confirm that I dont need to go anywhere elese and you can mange all aspects of the website including payments, hosting, technical help, support in creating the website…. Thanks

    That is correct. If you purchase one of our plans, you do not need to look for hosting elsewhere :).

    On our Business Plan you’ll be able to install payment gateway plugins to allow you to take payments from customers on your site for goods/services you sell. But support for that will be provided by whichever payment processor you use/whoever makes the payment gateway plugin you use.

    I need help with my template is that something I can get support on once I sign up?

    We provide support for all the themes we offer at https://wordpress.com/themes/. This includes setting up the theme, and some level of customization.

    If you install a theme you bought/downloaded somewhere else, you’ll need to contact the company/developer who made that theme directly for help.
