Website and WordPress dashboard options inactive

  Hello community, I need your help.

  I recently connected my domain from GoDaddy to WordPress.com, I also added a premium theme called “Metro Theme” and ever since then, my wordpress has been malfunctioning. Whenever I want to perform any action, I’m always redirected to WP admin login, I do enter my details but it always says my details are incorrect.

  i am able to login with my wordpress account though. Also, I am not able to contact support because whenever I type in the issue, the continue button is not responsive at all

  Can anybody help?

  It looks like there may have been a bug in the help center options. Could you try submitting a new request via your account and let us know if it’s working?
