  Dear Sir/Madam,

  I have been trying to contact you 3 times over the past week to deal with the approval of my website going live. It has been 5 days since I submitted my website for approval, I was told it would take 48 hours. It has now been 5 days and nothing. I need to know so if anything I take my business elsewhere, this is becoming extremely unprofessional now, and it causing me a huge deal of inconvenience.

  I’d recommend working through the other steps first, but at the end there’s a Launch Site option. Want to try that?
