  It sounds like you are needing help with the Jetpack plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead. Can you please report this issue to Jetpack support by asking for help within the app itself? Please open the Jetpack app and navigate to My Site > Me (your profile picture) > Help & Support > Contact Support.
