  @crovotis, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service. Our service can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  You would be welcome to move the site here if you’d like. We have some guides for getting started here:

  And, if you buy a plan you’ll have direct support as needed.

  If you want to run your own copy of WordPress at hostgator, bear in mind there’s a bit of a learning curve, but there are helpful resources out there if you search the web for things like “How to build a website with WordPress”
