  Yes, you can create a free site with us. It is not on a trial basis or anything, it will remain free.

  I’d suggest looking over https://learn.wordpress.com/ to get started. There’s some great material in that learning guide.

  Does the free website building include sites with database and services like PayPal?
  And how do I do it?

  You will have to use the stand-alone WordPress platform https://wordpress.org if you’re planning to manage databases and PayPal services on your own.

  On WordPress.com you don’t have access to the SQL database of your site. Regarding PayPal, you can integrate a Buy Now button by following these instructions:
