Website automatically refreshes at first visit

  Hello
  My website automatically refreshes at the first visit, immediately after it’s loaded.
  I think you can see it yourself.: https://gemini-glow.com
  Could someone see any reason that causes this issue? Maybe it is caused by a plugin or so, but unfortunately I have no idea.

  I suspect this is because of the Want to receive notifications from Gemini Glow? notification.

  Does this refresh occur when the plugin powering this is deactivated?
