Website Backend access
-
What is the backend address and if mine is correct why won’t it open. Is it my website with /wp-admin at the end?
-
I am also getting this message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” The original email for this account was changed so I cannot access the information.

Hi there,
The site plantfoodandgratitude.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Media Temple Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/plantfoodandgratitude.com+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Media Temple also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
