Website Backend Management

Good day,
I had a web developer design a website for me and I am having a hard time understanding how to access and manage the back-end. The website was designed using Elementor (something new to me), when I sign in to wp-admin I can access the backend and edit using elementor.
However, when I sign into my main wordpress account it shows that I have no pages on my website nor content and I cannot edit from there. I am confused and need clarity, please.
For instance I am trying to add a coming soon page but I cannot add it!

Hi there, the Jetpack plugin was deactivated, and that has to be active for your site to be fully connected to our systems here. I have activated that and made sure the connection is good and tested, and I can access your pages and posts when logged in through WordPress.com. Since you are using Elementor, I have set the pages and posts views to show the classic WordPress dashboard listings as that works better when working with Elementor.
Please check things over and make sure all is working and let us know if any issues.
