Website Backup

    I have tried backing up my website using Total Upkeep (Bold Grid) but it doesn’t seem to work? My website is hosted with Dreamhost which looking at other articles may be blocking it, however, not sure how to fix this for my website backup.

    It doesn’t detect any fatal errors so any help would be appreciated :)
