Website blocked by robot.txt file

Hello!
Hope you guys are doing well. I would like to know how i can unblock my wordpress blog from robot.txt file. I have allowed google to index my blog by doing changes in setting section, but, still, whenever i try to index blog /blog post in search console, its showing me such error. Kindly check below link for seeing error of screenshot.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, if you view your robots.txt file here, you’ll see it’s disallowing /wp-admin/ (and robots have no business there) but not the whole site:
https://healthsupplements39900626.wordpress.com/robots.txtBasically, robots.txt is set to allow access to your normal content.

Oh! I did just noticed you changed your site privacy about 10 hours ago. It’s possible you need to give that more time.

Okay. Understood. So you mean to say, the issue will be resolve after few hours automatically. Besides, i also would like to know, how to add a meta description on each blog post in my wordpress.com dashboard?
