Website Broken
-
I just noticed yesterday that our website has been down for 1-2 weeks. I’ve always had access to all plugins, pages and addons but when i logged in yesterday to check what’s wrong, my site was not listed on my account here on WP.
When trying to access I’m getting the following message:
Warning: require(/homepages/19/d615045638/htdocs/clickandbuilds/NuSpotTech/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/19/d615045638/htdocs/clickandbuilds/NuSpotTech/wp-settings.php on line 19
Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/19/d615045638/htdocs/clickandbuilds/NuSpotTech/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php7.4′) in /homepages/19/d615045638/htdocs/clickandbuilds/NuSpotTech/wp-settings.php on line 19
I’ve tried replacing the website with a backup I had via FTP but we still run into the same problem. When I click on My Site on WP nothing happens and I get this message: ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
wp-admin’What should I do? My website is http://www.nstmv.com
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there!
We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem with your restore.
Once your site is back online, you should be able to log into your site’s wp-admin area and follow the prompts to reconnect Jetpack. If you have trouble there, reach out to their support and they can better advise. They won’t be able to help you get your site back online, so you would need to get that up first.
I hope this points you in the right direction.
