Website build disappeared

My website has disappeared, I transferred the login details from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and since then it is no longer showing the website I built.
I paid for WordPress business and used element or to build the site. I have photo of the website working and the web address in the search bar was ‘earskinaesthetics.wpcomstaging.com’.
Wondering if anyone can help recover the website or even my business account as now its saying I’m on a free plan?!WP.com: Yes

I checked our records and can confirm that your site is safe. However, it’s linked to a different WordPress.com account that uses an email address different from the ones you mentioned.
In this case, I recommend trying to log in using any other email address you might have used in the past.
