i want to speak to a “real” person!?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Everyone that helps in the support forum is a real” person – the supportbot was retired a while ago and is now on vacation on a very warm beach – the help forum is a cooperative task between unpaid volunteers and the staff with most of the answers provided by your fellow volunteers – if there is a question we can’t help you with we refer you to the staff
there is no phone support at all
-
As auxclass has indicated there is no phone support here. Refer to http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/
This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.
Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.
We are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.
I want a website – not a blog!
Every day we get new people who do not understand that a blog is a website posting here. This is all semantics and blog structure.
A blog is a post based website designed for interactive communication. As the posts are frequently updated and appear on the front page of the site it’s very attractive to search engines.
What most people call a website is merely a page based site that functions as a one way noticeboard. As the structure is page based and as pages are for static content that rarely changes, and as pages do not have RSS feeds it is not as attractive to search engines as a post based blog structured site is.
Any WordPress blog can be restructured from being post based to being page based – no upgrade required. For greater clarity read > http://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/ and http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/07/25/create-a-wordpress-website-step-by-step/
