My ‘Elegant Themes/WordPress/Site Ground’ website is 90% completed, but it feels like my Webmaster/Website Builder quit on me because I haven’t heard from her in 3-months.

The goal of this website is very unusual. The ‘goal’ is to reach thousands of radio stations all over the world to give them 500 radio ministry music programs for FREE.

You’re in the wrong forums. Here we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com, and yours seems to be hosted on Siteground.
You can try asking at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, although I’d suggest looking for a freelancer directly.
