  Good day. I need help with the following please: I want to build websites as a business

  1. Can you add unlimited sites? As I will be building websites for several customers
  2. Are the plans and pricing per site?
  3. Which plan is best to have a custom domain and no ads?
  4. Should I purchase a pligin per site? Or can I use a plugin for all sites once purchased?

  Yes, as long as you keep to the user guidelines and terms of service you can add as many sites as you want on your WordPress.com account.

  Are the plans and pricing per site?

  Yes, the plans are priced per site.

  Which plan is best to have a custom domain and no ads?

  You can upgrade to any paid plan to get rid of ads on your site and you can add custom domains once you add any plaid plan

  Should I purchase a plugin per site? Or can I use a plugin for all sites once purchased?

  Usually is a plugin per site but this may depend on the plugin developers and the kind of user licenses they sell. Please note for you to be able to add plugins to a site on WordPress.com that site should be either on the business or e-commerce plan : https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/
