  Trying to put application for this service but not recognizing my domain. Website is still being worked on and is not published, but I would like for this service to recognize the established domain.

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure I understand your question. You are trying to add a custom site address to your WordPress.com site to remove “wordpress” from the URL?

  What is the domain you already own that you would like to use instead? I see you have several sites on your account with us, which site are you trying to use that custom address with?
