  Please let me know……
  (1) If I pay wordpress for a paid website, why do I pay to (2) bluehost for hosting? Whether it is mandatory? If not, please clear me the procedure to be taken after I pay to wordpress for my own website (domain).

  And whether it will be possible to write blog, Or, some other activities related to monetizing without getting hosting services, after getting my own website?

  1)Welcome to WordPress.com. I would like to inform you, there are two different platforms for WordPress. It is a common cause of confusion for users. You can learn more about it here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If you are using WordPress.com you don’t need to pay for hosting separately, WordPress.com takes care of that. If you are going for a paid plan on WordPress.com you also, get a custom domain as well. It will take care of your Domain and Hosting needs.

  If you use WordPress.org (i.e WordPress Software only), then you need to pay for Hosting and domain separately. Your best way to get help on WordPress.org would be in the WordPress.org Support Forum:

  Which service are you paying for to bluehost? have you purchased wordpress hosting with them or Purchase domain name?
  For free blogging you can use something.wordpress.com blog hosting. For this you wont require to purchase webhosting space.
