Hello I want to look at a hosting plan that is suitable for me run a few of my clients websites as their designer and retain admin as host through worpress is this possble?

Ideally, you would set up ownership of the sites under each of their individual accounts, and then have your own account added as an admin:

That way, there are no future ownership issues if you cease working with any of the clients in the future.
