My website URL was ‘https://usmanbukar3060.wpcomstaging.com/’ but it was changed to ‘umanbukar3060.com’ . I already bought a theme on the previous domain and completed the website but now it is completely gone. When i try to access the old domain , i get

If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain. ‘

I think this all occured while i was trying to transfer my original domain to my wordpress site. Can you please tell me what’s wrong and help me recover the website that i already made. Thank you.

    Hi,

When your Creator Trial plan expired, all the changes made during the trial were reverted, and your URL was changed from usmanbukar3060.wpcomstaging.com to usmanbukar3060.wordpress.com

The URL usmanbukar3060.wpcomstaging.com is deactivated and won’t load any content.

If you’d like to recover the work made during the trial and resume working on the site, you’d need to purchase a Creator plan and then restore a backup of your site from when it was on the Creator Trial plan.

Alternatively, you can purchase a month of a Creator plan, restore a backup, and export your site if you’d like to move to another host.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi there,

The Creator Plan provides features that the Starter Plan does not, such as plugin and custom theme capabilities. Here are the differences in Plans:

    http://wordpress.com/plans

You won’t be able to access those features with the Starter Plan, so to restore the features that were on your site, you will need to upgrade to the Creator Plan.

    Hope this helps.
