Can I please have this site re-instated
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi @bureauchateaumainegazincom — can you send a link to the site in question? I don’t see one on this account, but if we know what the site is we can check to see what options are available to you.

We have no record of that domain ever being registered or hosted here, so it was most likely a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
The site was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we won’t be able to directly assist with this.
In this case, I recommend contacting your former hosting provider to ask if they still have a backup of your account with them.

I see. The site was hosted by a 3rd Party but the build is WordPress and it is the built site I am trying to recover. WordPress Premium was cancelled in error.

Hi there,
I see. The site was hosted by a 3rd Party but the build is WordPress and it is the built site I am trying to recover.
As staff-blorbo mentioned, your site is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com. It is using the open-source WordPress.org software.
Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. The best bet is to reach out to your site host for assistance with recovering the site.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:
Hope this helps.
