  My website has ceased to be accessible. I need to find out why. It seems impossible to contact Word Press directly. Help!

  Hi there,

  I am still fairly new to WordPress, but here is a good article I found about contacting support.

  If you have a Premium, Business or eCommerce account (if you’re unsure which account you have you can find out using this guide), you can contact WordPress through live support. This option has been a great help to me if I need to solve a problem ASAP.
