Website cannot connect to Jetpack. Buggy
-
Hello, my website is unable so connect to jetpack properly. So when this happens my website will become offline and i can’t use the woo app to track my orders. I reached out to woo support and they sent me this.
Hi there!
I took a look at your site with our Jetpack debug tool and found an error.
ERROR: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
This means that Jetpack is not able to connect to your site properly because of that timeout error.
In this case, I would recommend reaching out to your web host to first make sure that Jetpack is not getting blocked or limited. For the best results, you could also have them whitelist the following:
All connections to and from *.wordpress.com
Our service IP range: 192.0.64.0/18Once you’ve spoken with them, please let me know if there’s anything I can do from this side to help!

I hope you can help me with this. Thank you very much

Hi there!
As they mentioned, you will want to contact your host. For saclaboratory.com that would be GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
