I wanted to check a new theme, half way through installing (not activating a new theme yet) my wp admin panel went blank and website wont open either. it gives me “too many redirections” error. please help!

I wanted to check a new theme, half way through installing (not activating a new theme yet) my wp admin panel went blank and website wont open either. it gives me “too many redirections” error. please help!
I checked your WordPress.com account, and you’re using the Personal plan, which does not allow installing any custom themes (or plugins, for what it matters). This is only possible on sites with Business or Commerce plans (also, with the legacy Pro plan).
