Website Changes Not Updating
-
Hi,
I occasionally make small changes to the website to fix some CSS or scripts. I am running into the problem that the website does not update automatically for users. The last time this happened it took a few hours for the changes to be reflected to others.
The company that built the website installed WP Fastest Cache and I have done everything that most Google searches mention – clearing browser cache, clearing cache from all pages via plug-in, disabling the plug-in, using a new plug-in (W3 Total Cache)…
It does not look like the cache is being deleted and the old version of the website from an hour ago is still live for users.
The website is https://prccaterers.com
Thank you for any help!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

Hi, thank you for your time and response.
The issue was with GoDaddy as there was a caching setting on there that did not allow updates to be rolled out for a few hours!
Thank you again and I am happy to have had this resolved.
