Website: cjnotebook.com went down. It is a WordPress website I opened in 2014. I called my host iPage and they said I didn’t have a WordPress website. What? The domain is good until Sept. Now, they said my website is a Incapsula Inc – I asked what is that? The iPage support person said it is Sitelock. I said I canceled Sitelock about two weeks ago. Any help you can offer?

I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you here as your site is hosted on iPage, as you mentioned, not on WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
