  Are you saying that you were the person who created https://mytourguider.wordpress.com/ and you need assistance getting back into your account so you can use that site again?

  Or are you asking to be given ownership of https://mytourguider.wordpress.com/ because you are also the owner of http://www.mytourguider.com/ ?

  hi thank you for the reply, reason is the our brand name “mytourguider” , Im not sure who created https://mytourguider.wordpress.com/ , if I can I email link with the account then I can check with my team, and also , in case if it created by other person , if possible like to claim it, due mytourguider is our main name,

  https://mytourguider.wordpress.com/ belongs to the WordPress.com account that created that site. The fact that you own a domain with the same name which you bought somewhere else does not give you any ownership claim over the WordPress.com site, and we cannot transfer ownership of the address to you based on that.

  Only the current owner of a WordPress.com address can transfer ownership of it to someone else, and the only way we can give you access to that site is if you can prove you own the WordPress.com account that created it via our account recovery process at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
