Website closed, but Jetpack keeps popping up

  HI there, I have already closed down my wp website, however, certain apps that were installed is still running despite the website is completely gone. I am unable to login to the website (because it is deleted and closed) but Jetpack notification keeps popping up saying the website is down and I can’t do anything to login Jetpack to shutdown the account. Please let me know what I can do in this situation. Many thanks.
