  I have a website I created a domain name through bluehost Through WordPress and I wanted to make sure that if I permanently closed the account on the WordPress Account settings that my yearly automatic renewal fee would not charge me ever again

  Also, just to clarify since you mentioned that you had purchased the domain name from BlueHost. Was it mapped to your site on WordPress.com account?

  Is your site hosted on WordPress.com or you have your site hosted on BlueHost with WordPress installed there?
