website common registration and login

  Hi ,
  im new to word press.I have a website,which has a registration form.The user enters the uname,pwd,email address etc and he is registered to the website.User login to the website with email address and pwd,they are taken to their control panel.
  Now im trying to integrate word press blog
  Currently in my word press blog when i click on write comment,im being taken to the login page of word press.
  What i need is to go to my website login page.
  Secondly,when i register to the website,i need to insert the registration details in my website users table as well as
  wp_users,wp_usermeta table.
  How can i achieve this?
