Website completely down!

Hello,
My website / WordPress automatically updated and now the entire site is down – every time I log in to the admin it says “freshface installation – Step 1/4. Do you wish to install all required plugins? Yes/no” clicking either option does absolutely nothing and I can’t access any other pages.

Thanks for getting in touch. Taking a look now, I can see that hayleypope.co.uk is a self-hosted site, hosted with tsohost.com.
Here on the WordPress.com forums, we’re able to offer support for WordPress.com sites. For your self-hosted site, the best thing to do here would be to reach out to your site host directly. They’ll be able to take a closer look and work out why your site is down, as well as find the right way to get it back up and running again.

I checked the site, and noticed a repeating fatal error caused by the

Furthermore, I suggest deactivating this plugin to avoid critical errors on your site and looking for an alternative plugin.

“Thank you for your patience! As far as I can see from the error log, it seems like you might have some issues with the themes or the plugins. Themes and Plugins are 3rd party and I cannot provide support for them, and I would advise you to get in touch with a developer.”

I’d be happy for someone to log in and take a look – like I said I can’t get past the “fresh face” pop up to uninstall anything
