  The web design software I have been using for ages is now obsolete. I have a hosting site already, but I want to use wordpress to create the new (hopefully responsive) web designs and upload them. Can I do this with wordpress and if so, where do I begin?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If your current site is using one of the platforms listed on https://transferto.wordpress.com eg Blogger, Medium … etc, you can follow the instructions on the page to migrate your site to WordPress.com.
