  Hi there, I have been with IONOS to host my website crystal-garden.ca

  I have been very unhappy with their services, continued hacking and spam. I have asked them to unlock the account and website content but it is not in my wordpress account to edit or access? I want to remove them as host but still keep the content and find a better company to host it going live. Can you help asap? It is affecting my business and want to get the content back so I can edit the updates and re-launch with some new updates before the end of this week??? Is this possible?
